Hello Everyone,
My name is Kyle Winton for those of you who dont know me. I graduated from Soddy Highschool in 2004. During my years there I played football, baseball, basketball, and ran track. I also was a semi-pro wakeboarder and traveled the southeast competing in tournaments while also playing a couple yrs of semi-pro football. I love the outdoors and will try pretty much anything extreme once. I have been a trainer for about 6 years now, ranging from Sports Conditioning, Personal Training, and Group Training. I orginally started at a small gym called Fitness Master and was the Head Trainer for a program named "Building Better Athletes". From their I joined with the team at The Rush Fitness Complex, and since have earned two other certifications from IFTA in personal as well as group training. I have a deap passion for training and living life to the fullest in all the following areas: God, Health, and Fitness. If you have any questions about Kyle or Wil please contact either one of us. My name is Wilford Blowe II, just call me Wil! I am a God fearing man who is inspired by seeing and being a part of positive change in people's lives. I am a 2004 Hixson Highschool graduate. In my years there I played football, baseball, ran track, and YES tumbling & all-star cheerleading! (Trust me, I love anything to do with athletics!) From there I recieved a full scholarship to play football at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I have been involved in fitness for the past 9 years, but my passion for exercise and helping people reach their goals started 4 years ago. My experience from the Rush fitness complex has brought me to a new level of caring for individuals and their well-being. I am certified through NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Training Association) and specialize in Personal Training, Sport Conditioning, and Group Training. I have been doing Speed, Agility, & Quickness Training (SAQ) for the past 2 years independently. My vision is to see our surrounding area of chattanooga grow into a more productive and healthier metro area.
